MEET CULLEN
I’m heading into my 20th year as a full-time real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Bain, where I’ve been a consistent top producer ranking in the top 3% of over 100,000 Coldwell Banker brokers worldwide. I’m also honored to have received Seattle Magazine’s Five Star Award for Best in Client Satisfaction for fourteen consecutive years.
As a small business owner, my success is built on relationships. Nothing matters more to me than the satisfaction of my clients. Whether I’m helping a first-time buyer navigate Seattle’s competitive market or guiding a seasoned homeowner through a sale, I’m committed to clear communication, honest advice, and results you can count on.
My background spans remodel construction, web marketing, and retail sales — a mix that gives me both the technical and interpersonal tools to help clients see every side of a transaction. I understand what makes a home market-ready, how presentation drives value, and what details matter most when it’s time to negotiate.
Outside of real estate, I’m passionate about home projects of all kinds — from prepping listings for market to hands-on remodels and DIY improvements. That same passion drives my approach to helping clients maximize the potential and value of their homes.
I’m also a proud husband and father, and when I’m not working with clients, you’ll often find me tackling one of my own DIY projects or making the most of life in the Pacific Northwest — whether it’s skiing in the mountains, biking local trails, or enjoying all that Seattle has to offer.
